Influenced by the Art Moderne style of neighboring Miami’s South Beach, this proposed 3-story office building reimagines a vacant lot in the heart of downtown Palm Beach as an exciting, cosmopolitan place in which to work. The building is grounded by its limestone and black granite base. Soaring bronze picture windows bathe the interiors in daylight while allowing the gridded ceilings to shine at night.
